The Society of Occupational and Environmental Medicine of the Malaysian Medical Association (SOEM-MMA), Malaysian Industrial Hygiene Association (MIHA) and the Department of Social and Preventive Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University Malaya will be organizing a talk on Occupational Health as below:

Professor Park Doo Yong is one of the pioneers of Industrial Hygiene in Korea. He was trained in the USA and began his career in the 90s, working as a consultant for several local and multinational companies in Korea. He is currently the Chairman of the Department of Graduate School of Occupational Safety and Health at Hansung University, South Korea. He has been the Vice-President of the Korean Industrial Hygiene Association since 2002

Prof Park has a Doctor in Public Health from Michigan University, USA and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). He has been conducting the CIH course in Malaysia for the American Board of Industrial Hygienists (ABIH) and MIHA since last year.
