UM is now #87 on the #QSRanking for 2019. This is the first time UM breaks into Top 100 in World university rankings. In the 2018 ranking, UM was at #114. University of Malaya is the only university in Malaysia that is among the top 100 universities in the world. The QS World university rankings provide annually updated listings of the top universities in the world, compiled using data from trusted sources. The QS World University Rankings assesses universities using six performance indicators. University of Malaya achieves an overall score of 62.6.
