The Centre of Epidemiology & Evidence-Based Practice, Department of Social and Preventive Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya organised the webinar session on Evidence-Based Practice on Ivermectin and COVID-19 on 16 July 2021 (3.00-4.30 pm).
The use of Ivermectin has been discussed widely as prophylaxis and treatment for COVID-19. With the contradicting perspectives and evidence from the various sources, the Doctor of Public Health candidates from the University of Malaya critically appraised the systematic reviews and meta-analyses to explore further the role of Ivermectin for COVID-19 prevention and management.
