Professor Dr Sanjay Rampal urged the government to review the allowance for social visits during the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration. His comments were published in the News Straits Times newspaper on the 12 May 2020. He said that people should consider the size of the house that they planned to visit and the number of people expected to be present and to avoid congestion in a house.
