The Department would like to congratulate Dr Siti Sabariah Samian on successfully completing her DrPH viva voce. The title of her thesis is ‘The Effect of Connectedness Towards Religion, Family and School on the Risk of Acquiring Symptoms of Depression, Anxiety and Stress among Malaysian Adolescents’. The study aimed to determine the distribution pattern of scores of adolescent connectedness towards religion, family and school for adolescents in Selangor, Malaysia and their association with the acquirement of symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. Dr Siti Sabariah was supervised by Dr Rafdzah Ahmad Zaki and Dr Nik Daliana Nik Farid.
