The Julius Centre-Universiti Malaya (JCUM) has installed a video-conferencing system in the JCUM meeting room. This is a simple point-to-point system which just requires the IP address of the other party. However, it cannot be used for multi-party conferencing as this is basically a simple system. The quality is better than Skype which is its main advantage.
