Course Overview
Implementation Research (IR) focuses on identifying and addressing bottlenecks that limit the uptake of effective public health interventions. It supports the development of practical strategies to ensure interventions reach target populations and achieve intended outcomes. This includes overcoming barriers to the adoption of drugs, diagnostics, and preventive measures for conditions such as malaria, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), and other infectious diseases.
This MOOC provides structured, step-by-step training on designing robust IR projects. Participants will learn to:
