The Department of Social and Preventive Medicine (SPM), Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya, is pleased to welcome back Professor Dr Moy Foong Ming, who has been appointed as Honorary Professor.
Prof Moy is a distinguished public health scholar with extensive research experience. She was listed among the world’s Top 2% Scientists in their respective fields for Career-Long Impact, as listed in the 2025 database released by Stanford University and published via the Elsevier Data Repository.
Her appointment strengthens the Department’s academic and research capacity, and we look forward to her contributions in mentoring, international collaboration, and advancing public health scholarship.
