In an interview with the China Press newspaper, Professor Dr Noran Naqiah Hairi belief that the administrative enhanced movement control order being enforced in Kota Setar in Kedah is essential to slow the spread of the virus. The aim is to localised the spread of the virus by ‘forced’ social and physical distancing measures.
