We are pleased to share that Dr Ely Zarina Samsudin has successfully passed her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) viva on 20 Dec 2019. She was supervised by Associate Professor Dr Marzuki Isahak and Professor Dr Sanjay Rampal. Her thesis was on ‘Individual and Organisational Factors of Workplace Bullying among Junior Doctors in Malaysia‘. She has published her findings in the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology and the International Journal of Health Planning and Management. She is currently working as a medical lecturer in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
