The department organised a tea-party on the 12 May 2005 for all the staff to celebrate the success of the Short Course of Health Education and Health Promotion which was held on the 11-14 April 2005. The certificate of appreciation was also given out for all the staff directly involved in the course and the two Bioinformatics students attached to the department.
