Professor Raman Isa is the Head of the Department of Public Health, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Kubang Kerian, Malaysia. He was the external examiner for the Master of Public Health (Epidemiology) Part 2 examination in 1998 and the Master of Public Health examination in 2000.
