Dalam satu temu bual dengan Astro Awani, Prof Datuk Dr Awang Bulgiba Awang Mahmud berbincang mengenai garis panduan Hari Raya ketika Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersharat. Dr Awang bercadang Kerajaan melaksanakan PKP sepenuhnya untuk tiga hari semasa Hari Raya; iaitu Syawal 1, 2 dan 3. Beliau berkata ini adalah kerana susah untuk pihak berkuasa memastikan garis panduan yang telah ditetapkan diikuti oleh semua. Beliau berkata untuk tahun ini kita merayakan Hari Raya dengan tidak kunjung-mengunjugi kerana Raya tahun depan boleh ada lagi.
