It is very important to eat healthy in normal times, however, in the time of the movement control order parents needs to put in more thoughts and planning to have healthy food for their children. In an opinion piece published in the Sun Daily newspaper, Associate Prof Dr Hazreen Abdul Majid, consultant dietician from the University Malaya Medical Centre shared some useful advice on ways to prepare and serve healthy and nutritious food.
