The 19th World Conference on Health Promotion and Education was held at the Vancouver Conventional and Exhibition Centre, Canada from 10 to 15 June 2007. The theme for the conference was “Health Promotion Comes of Age: Research, Policy and Practice for the 21st Century”. Moy Foong Ming presented her paper entitled “Behavioural change and personal skill development in a workplace health promotion program in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ”. The conference was attended by more than 3000 participants from all over the world. Dr Norintan Ab Murad from the Department of Community Dentistry of University Malaya also attended the conference.
