Professor Jane C Baltazar is a Professor of Epidemiology and the Dean of the College of Public Health, Universit of the Philippines, Manipal, Philippines. She was the external examiner for the Master of Public Health examination in 1992, 1992 (re-examination), 1995 and 1997.
