The Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health and the Centre for Epidemiology and Evidence-Based Practice (CeBP), Department of Social and Preventive Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya will be organising a 3-Day Health Economics Workshop on the essentials of health economics and health financing. The workshop will include sessions that focus on the application of critical concepts to real-time decision-making using healthcare economics and financing tools.

Faculty Members:
The faculty members will consist of esteemed health economics leaders from Malaysia, South Korea, and Indonesia. Our eight distinguished speakers, recognised globally and within the Asia-Pacific region, have significantly contributed to health economics through state-sponsored and private-sponsored research projects. Their expertise spans healthcare financing, resource allocation, economic evaluations, and cost-effectiveness studies. This workshop offers invaluable insights from pioneers who have shaped health policies and practices, ensuring efficient and sustainable healthcare systems.
