The panellists included Prof. Dr Martin McKee from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), Dr Mike Penkunas from the United Nation University-International Institute for Global Health (UNU-IIGH), YBhg. Prof. Datuk Dr Awang Bulgiba Awang Mahmud from the Department of Social and Preventive Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Malaya, and Dr Feisul Idzwan Mustapha from the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
