The Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) will be holding their annual virtual global health case competition in which students form teams and are given eight (8) weeks to develop a hypothetical proposal to a challenge relating to a pressing global health topic. The students need to create a 10-minute video in English. The video will be judged by an international panel of experts. Three finalists will be chosen and those videos will be screened live at the APRU Global Health annual conference in October 2020.
Previous challenges were on tobacco control, depression, disaster preparedness, and the use of social media to encourage physical activity. Students from any disciplines are welcome to participate!
