Every year the Department of Social and Preventive Medicine together with the postgraduate students from the department will organise Family Day. It is where the professors, lecturers, administrative and support staff, and the postgraduate students from the various programmes will let their hair down to enjoy a fun-filled day. This year was special, we had our SPM Family Day 2019 – the Amazing Race on 2 March 2019 which was filled with fun and enjoyment, and now we are having another family outing at the Wangsa Bowl at 1-Utama, Petailing Jaya, Selangor on the 30 July 2019. Each one of us tried our skills at bowling, there were many strikes, however, there were also splits, misses and everything in between. The important thing is that we enjoyed ourselves.
