The “Kursus Peningkatan Kualiti Perkhidmatan Angkota Keselamatan Universiti Malaya” was held at the Ristec Beach Resort, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan on the 6-9 March 2005. The course was organised by the University of Malaya for their security personnel. Dr Victor Hoe was invited to deliver a talk on “Health and Quality of Work” on the 9 March 2005.
