More Flavour, Less Salt

In conjunction with the Salt Awareness Week, the Head of Centre for Population Health (CePH), Associate Professor Hazreen Abdul Majid from the Department of Social & Preventive Medicine shares his views on salt intake and salt reduction among Malaysians. With the theme this year being “More Flavour, Less Salt”, he calls out to all Malaysians eating out to start ordering for “Kurang Masin” in addition to the usual “Kurang Manis”.
