In an interview with the New Straits Times, Prof Datuk Awang Bulgiba Awang Mahmud said that since there are no clusters in universities, the students should be allowed to return home. He pointed out that there should be some precautions to be taken to ensure they are free from COVID19 and is not during their journey home.
