Professor Datuk Dr Awang Bulgiba Awang Mahmud explain the difference between Malaysia and South Korea in their handling of the COVID-19 outbreak in the article which was published in Sinar Harian on the 5th April 2020. One of the reasons he highlighted was the experience South Korea had with the MERS CoV outbreak in 2015 that have let them come up with a detailed plan to combat future outbreaks.
