Anthropology can provide important insights for global health – highlighting lived experiences of health conditions or inequalities and studying belief systems that underly health behaviours. Professor Marcia Inhorn will share her latest research examining egg freezing through narrative interviews with over 150 women. Her findings shed light on the roles of technology, race, religion and culture in assisted reproduction.
