SUMMARY:Introduction to Systematic Review and Meta-analysis
DESCRIPTION:\nThis course will introduce methods to perform systematic revi
 ews and meta-analysis. This course will cover methods for performing syste
 matic reviews and meta-analyses\, including formulating a research questio
 n\, developing a search strategy\, collecting data\, assessing the risk of
  bias\, and synthesizing the evidence both qualitatively and quantitativel
 y.\n\n\n\nUpon successfully completing this course\, participants will be 
 able to develop an answerable question using the PICO framework\, develop 
 a search strategy and perform effective searching\, describe the steps in 
 conducting a systematic review and meta-analysis\, describe methods to cri
 tically assess the risk of bias in clinical trials and describe and interp
 ret the results of meta-analyses.\n
