 o Gaming Disorder from China and the World Health Organization" by Dr Jian
 g Long from Yale School of Medicine.\n\n\n\nOver three billion people enga
 ge in video gaming as a leisure activity around the globe. Excessive video
  gaming can become problematic and is associated with negative outcomes an
 d functional impairment. In a growing number of countries around the globe
 \, particularly in East Asia\, the problem has reached a level that poses 
 a serious threat to public health. The eleventh revision of the Internatio
 nal Classification of Diseases (ICD-11\; WHO) included gaming disorders fo
 r the first time in 2019. Dr Long will share information about China's and
  the World Health Organization's responses to gaming disorder and discuss 
 this critical public health issue with participants.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe loo
