During the time of crisis many people are trying to develop innovative products to help the frontliners. Some of these devices have been put to good use. However, they should work together with the frontliners to ensure that the devices will be useful and doesn’t cause additional harm or restrict the work of the frontliners.
Working together with Adrian Wong TeaMa, Prof Dr Victor Hoe who has a Master of Engineering (Safety, Health and Environmental) and Master of Occupational Safety and Health degrees was able to assist in design and testing of the devices. Their efforts was highlighted in an article published in the News Straits Times newspaper.
