On the 17 May 2018, the Master of Public Health students of the Health Economics Module was assigned to prepare the presentation on perplexing issues in the health arena. The assignment was conducted in the format of a modified “Gallery Walk”. The students were divided into six groups, where each one selected a health economics issue to be presented, the students prepared the presentation materials to be presented on the day of the Gallery Walk. A couple of students from each group stayed at their respective station to presents their topics, while the rest of the members move around in a clockwise manner to the other presentation stations to ask questions. Every 20 minutes the students move to another station to gather more information about the other presentation. There were many interesting and thought-provoking questions for the students who stayed behind at their stations. The activity encouraged students to develop an inquiring mind and to apply economic logic to health issues.
