Associated Professor Victor Hoe graduted with Doctor of Philosophy from the Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. He was awarded his degree by Dr Alan Finkel AM the Chancellor of the University. Victor's PhD thesis is titled "Work-related musculoskeletal disorders of the neck and upper-limb". The thesis focuses on two important aspects of work-related upper limb disorders (WRULDs): the first is the identification of risk factors associated with WRULDs and their relationship with work ability; and the second is the conducted of a Cochrane systematic review to investigate interventions for the preventions of WRULDs. Victor's PhD was supervised by Professor Malcolm Sim, Dr Helen Kelsall and Dr Donna Urquhart.
